The CHOICE is YOURS

Today is a very important day. We collectively unite and execute our basic right to make a choice. We have listened and learned, educating ourselves on which candidate we are going to choose.

Today is a very important day.  We collectively unite and execute our basic right to make a choice.  We have listened and learned, educating ourselves on which candidate we are going to choose.
As history is surely in the making, I just wanted to relate this to our individual rights to choose what we put in our bodies each day.  Today we make a choice for our nation's leader and direction of our country, one we make one time every four years. We should also consider that approximately three times daily, usually more, we need to make an informed choice about the food we eat and what we put in our bodies.
Modern health is the "Age of the Conscious Consumer", and like Gandhi said, "Be the change you wish to see in the world".  It can all start with making a choice to eat and live a little bit healthier.  If we all do this together, change will happen, and we can all live a healthier ever after.
